One Layer Lawn Fawn card

I made this card for the Lawnscaping one layer card challenge. Check out all of the other great entries here. This is actually my first one layer card ever! I found it to be quite difficult because I am so used to adding a bunch of layering mats to all of my cards and cutting out my stamped images. This is one of the reasons I like to do challenges. It gets you out of your comfort zone and makes you try new things.

For this card I stamped my Lawn Fawn yeti image and then masked him off along with a background mask made with the new Lawn Fawn Forest border die. I used Tattered Angels glimmer mist to spray the background and get the sky and hills. I'm pretty pleased with the effect. I think I might try more one layer cards in the future!

Here is what I used:
Lawn Fawn Forest Border Die
Lawn Fawn Yeti, Set Go stamp set
Memento Ink
Copic Markers
Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in Carribean Blue
Papertrey Ink cardstock

Thanks so much for stopping by!
